Help Us Prepare for a Safe and Efficient Collection
At RHT Removals, we specialise in hot tub removals across Norfolk and beyond. To ensure we’re fully prepared and bring the right team and equipment, we ask you to send a short video showing the access route at both collection and delivery locations.
📹 What We Need From You:
Please send two short videos via WhatsApp (07554 327837) showing the following:
1️⃣ Collection Location:
-
Begin recording from the point where our vehicle will be parked
-
Walk the entire route to the hot tub
-
Clearly show:
-
Gates, fences, or narrow access points
-
Steps, gravel paths, decking, grass, or uneven ground
-
Any turns, obstacles, or tight spaces
-
2️⃣ Delivery Location:
-
Start from the parking spot or road access
-
Walk to the exact spot where the hot tub is to be delivered
-
Highlight the same factors as above (e.g., slopes, tight gaps, surfaces)
✅ Why This is Important:
-
Ensures we bring the correct lifting equipment (dollies, ramps, spa sleds, etc.)
-
Helps us assess if a crane or dismantling is required
-
Prevents delays or unexpected challenges on the day
